A few tips:
- Enter your actual usage from an old bill when getting a quote (not low/medium/high) — keeps your direct debit accurate
- You can lower your monthly direct debit in the app if it feels too high
- Have your meter serial numbers handy from an old bill
- If you have a smart meter you can claim a free Caffe Nero or Greggs coffee weekly as a perk. Note: Get a large coffee - it still works!
