How to get FREE* alcohol!
Believe it or not there are actually companies out there that will send you free alcohol, some want your to review their service for them, others just want you to sign up to their app/newsletter; either way it’s worth claiming your favourite alcoholic freebies!
Shopmium Free Alcohol (with Cashback)
The Shopmium app is amazing, you buy the products listed and they’ll give you your money back (paid straight into your PayPal). There are often alcoholic drinks listed either at a discounted price of for FREE!
I’ve had tons of free cider and wine from the Shopmium! As well tons of free food including chocolate, crisps, salads and cheese (the perfect snacks to accompany your beverage?).
Serve Legal is the UK’s leading ID testing company. They enable companies to independently test that their staff are checking the ID of young customers – an approach supported by local authorities.
Serve Legal are currently recruiting ‘compliance auditors‘ to perform compliance auditing visits to a range of sites. These visits can be to supermarkets, bars & betting shops – the Serve Legal employee is required to visit these sites & then report back on a specific compliance issue. You need to be 18/19 for age-related testing or 20+ for wider compliance audits.
There also various other mystery shopping companies that offer pub and restaurant visits. The majority of these will reimburse you for the money you’ve spent on food and drinks as well as paying you for your time!
Believe it or not, there are loads of bars/restraints that will incentivise signing up for their newsletter with FREE drinks offers! Here are the ones that I’ve found recently…
Pitcher & Piano – free cocktail every month.
Be at One – a free cocktail when you sign up to its newsletter.
Pizza Express – sign up to their mailing list and you’ll get a free bottle of prosecco for your birthday.
If you use your loyalty cards wisely you could earn some great perks – including free alcohol! With a Tesco Clubcard you’ll earn 1 point for every £ that you spend, you could save up all your points and treat yourself to your favourite bottle of bubbly!
Revolution bars’ loyalty card gets you 2-4-1 cocktails (& 50% off all food), along with a free shot on your birthday & loads of other offers. When you first join you also get a book with over £100 worth of vouchers in it. Considering the card’s only £3, why wouldn’t you?
Apps that give you FREE alcohol
ClickSnap by Quidco will give you cashback on certain items (including alcohol). Recently I managed to claim the full price of 10 alcoholic drinks back (pictured below)! To use ClickSnap you’ll need a Quidco account and you can choose to get paid straight into your bank account. Get Quidco here.
